The public IP is the source address seen by this site's API. The country and region come from IP geolocation data and can help you check roughly where your connection exits. Geolocation databases may be out of date, and the listed location isn't necessarily your device's actual location.
ISP is the network provider name returned by the API. Proxy status is just the API's detection result; “not detected” doesn't prove that no other forwarding is involved. If the API returns no clear result, this page shows “Temporarily unavailable.”
Your public IP and DNS queries take different paths. This page checks connection details only; it doesn't test your DNS path, so it won't claim there are “no leaks” without a test.
Keep your client connected and check the DNS settings currently in use on your device. Compare them with your settings before connecting. If DNS requests still take an unexpected path, check your client’s DNS configuration, system network settings, and any other networking tools.
To confirm where DNS queries actually go, use a diagnostic method that can observe DNS requests or the resolver handling them. A change in public IP alone isn't enough to determine this.
